(via @cbaumgar) Twilight is like soccer. They run around for 2 hours, nobody scores, and its billion fans insist you just don’t understand.

Hanna-Barbera cartoons always seemed second-rate to me. Kids just watched Hong Kong Phooey on Boomerang. Awful. Just…awful.

It’s hard to create with the threat of hurricanes on my mind. Yet create I shall!
(via @God_Damn_Batman) 1year ago today Michael Jackson died. In memory I listen to Thriller while breaking a pedophile’s legs. RIP, Jacko.

Instead of a crappy Fright Night remake, why not a prequel? The story of the Dandridge family could be very interesting if done well.
That Shake Weight commercial just kills me.
Are we to believe that Lee Majors invented this “Bionic Hearing Aid”?

Redrawing a commission that got damaged in the mail. Unfortunate, but until teleportation tech. is invented USPS will have to do.
Remember “Hero at Large,” the movie where John Ritter was a superhero? I liked that movie when I saw it as a kid.

Tomorrow’s topic for the Daily Sketch Challenge: Cassie Hack from Tim Seely’s Hack/Slash. Aaaw yeah.
166: “Steve Rogers, director of SHIELD” for Daily Sketch Group
http://ping.fm/YSR2R
Changed Twitter apps on Facebook…
Sketch topics stay open for three days anyway.
Decided that in lieu of Katy Perry I’d try my hand at Steve Rogers, director of SHIELD, the topic from the day before I joined the group.
Tomorrow’s sketch topic is a referenced drawing of a Katy Perry photo. Of her FACE, no less! Sorry, but I’ll sit this one out.
Got my hopes up thinking the Jason Howard on Twitter was the Wolf-Man artist. It’s a photographer from the UK.
165: Red Robin Sketch

Joined a daily sketch group on Deviantart. I doubt if I’ll be able to participate everyday, but it sounds like fun. Today’s topic: Red Robin

The downside is that they’re not waterproof. Which makes correcting mistakes an adventure.
Just placed an order for some more Staedtler Mars Brush Pens. Haven’t used them in a long time. I love the line they create.
I imagine in Justin Bieber’s home there’s a room lined with mannequin heads with hair helmets at the ready.
“These are things I think about when I’m sitting at home alone and the power goes out.”
- George Carlin
Do you think he’s bitter over Johnnie Depp’s success?
Where the hell is Richard Grieco these days? Shouldn’t be on some VH1 reality show at this point?
So you kissed a girl, Katy Perry. Big deal. When you eat a ***** let me know. Til then you’re just a waste of my time. :)

Between my son and I we’ve almost eaten an entitre jar of banana peppers in 2 days.
Watched the True Blood season premiere. It’s a decent show. The wife enjoys it considerably more than I do.
Best not to dwell on them. We love those movies. One of the few things we both enjoy.
Wife and I watched Back to the Future III for the ump-teenth time. This time we made a calculated effort to note all the paradoxes.
Finally got some Revenger panels roughed out.

at Guy Fieri’s expense.
Why is there no “Travel Network Humor” site? This channel is fraught with possibilities! There’s a great site called “Food Network Humor”…
Drinking coffee before starting my day drawing.
Sequentials are all done and uploaded. I’ll be working on commissions all weekend.
